The MENU: $135 per couple

Choice of Starter:

  • Panko & Pistachio crusted goat cheese on baby greens with red pepper and shallot coulis

  • Blue Cheese, roasted bosc pear & Walnut Salad on a wedge of iceberg lettuce with orange vinaigrette

  • Select An ADDITIONAL APPETIZER - Classic Jumbo Prawn cocktail - Add 16 per person

Choice of Entrée:

  • BEEF WELLLINGTON with port reduction, truffle mashed potatoes, and hapricots verts

  • COQUILLE ST JACQUES A classic dish of scallops in brandy cream with mushrooms and Gruyere, garnished with whipped potatoes

  • WILD MUSHROOM VOL AU VENT with butternut squash, cream and Grana Padano

Choice of Dessert:

  • DEATH BY CHOCOLATE WITH RASPBERRY COULIS AND FRESH BERRIES

  • NEW YORK CHEESECAKE WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY COULIS
